Add a 4K demo video and update the demo tooling

Add a 4K demo video and update the demo toolingInclude a committed 4K demo film of the site flow and update the demo tooling so frames wait for images to load, support a black gap for gameplay footage, and serve a fixed match report for the recorded match.
-
Enable match-ready sound by default at 20%Update API and website defaults so the match-found (ready) sound is turned on by default and the initial volume is 20%; the Account page wording and the client-side default switch/slider values were updated so new or waiting sessions show the switch on and the slider at 20% until the player changes them.
-
Improve match room reads to avoid temporary 'Service unavailable' errorsMake room reads wait for overlapping matchmaking or server control writes and retry (instead of returning a transient 503), and accept a room by its 5-digit match id while returning 404 to callers who are neither room players nor active staff.
-
Complete Fill queue with made-up stand-ins so staff no longer need demo dataChange the staff 'Fill queue' action to complete matches with made-up stand-ins (random names, ratings near the real players, seeded-range ids) so Owners/Administrators can start matches for testing without SEED_DEMO_DATA; the room and staff record show each stand-in's name and rating.
-
Add missing default weapon and grenade images and fix model part placement in the ArmoryAdd the game's pictures for several default weapons (Grease Gun, MP28, knife) and grenades and adjust model vertex placements so weapon parts (sights, clips, stripper clips) display in the Armory and the wiki as the game does.
-
Prevent page jump when starting a search and keep the queue dock height stableRemove the in-search "Party locked" notice that pushed content down and make the matchmaking dock keep a stable height across breakpoints (narrow phones keep the queue figures on one row), so starting a search no longer shifts the page content.
-
Time whole server start from reservation across all boot phases in the match roomChange the match room's server-start timer to measure the entire start from the server reservation timestamp through every boot phase (so the single timer bridges queued → deploying → booting → settling); this uses API-supplied timestamps plus page elapsed time so browser clock skew does not affect the shown elapsed time.
